TWO STEP VERIFICATION WORKED YESTERDAY...BUT NOT TODAY!

THIS MORNING, I TRIED TO LOG INTO MY #1 ARLO ACCOUNT. WHEN I REACHED THE VERIFICATION CODE (IN THE TWO-STEP VERIFICATION PROCESS), ALTHOUGH THE LAST FOUR DIGITS OF THE  PHONE NUMBER ARE CORRECT,  THE CODE IS NOT COMING THROUGH ON THE PHONE .  THE CODE CAME THROUGH ON THAT SAME PHONE NUMBER LAST NIGHT . I WAS ABLE TO ACCESS MY ARLO #1 ACCOUNT  LAST NIGHT...BUT NOT TODAY!

 

IT IS NOT THE PHONE/SMS, BECAUSE  BOTH LAST NIGHT AND TODAY I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO  LOG INTO MY #2 ARLO ACCOUNT ( FOR A SECOND LOCATION) , WITH THE SAME PHONE NUMBER AND IT WORKS FINE...THE VERIFICATION CODE COMES RIGHT THROUGH!

 

I HAVE CLEANED OUT THE CACHE & BROWSING HISTORY, LOGGED OUT, RESTARTED THE COMPUTER AND THE PHONE AND CHECKED MY #1 ARLO ACCOUNT TO BE SURE THE  PHONE NUMBER IS CORRECT. I HAVE ALSO CHECKED BOTH SPAM AND TRASH IN ALL OF MY EMAIL ACCOUNTS...STILL NO VERIFICATION CODE!

 

I CAN NOT USE THE " CHOOSE ALTERNATE METHOD" ON THE TWO-STEP VERIFICATION  IN MY ARLO #1 ACCOUNT BECAUSE IT SHOWS ME  AN OLD EMAIL ADDRESS / OLD PHONE NUMBER THAT I NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO .

1.   I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO UPDATE TO MY CURRENT EMAIL/PHONE NUMBER  FOR THE ALTERNATE METHOD FOR TWO-STEP  VERIFICATION.

 

AS IF THIS IS NOT FRUSTRATING ENOUGH...I HAVE TRIED SO MANY TIMES TO GET TO MY VIDEOS IN ARLO #1 THAT I  AM RECEIVING A BANNER MESSAGE THAT MOMENTARILY FLASHES ACROSS THE TOP OF THE LOGIN PAGE:

 

2. " UNUSED SECOND FACTOR AUTHS LIMIT REACHED"  !!!

 

HOW DO WE FIX THIS...SO I CAN ACCESS MY ARLO #1 ACCOUNT... LIKE I DID LAST NIGHT?
