Is there a way to easily turn cameras on and off? It would be nice to be able to turn off the cameras when I know I don;t need the security like a house party or just the family louging in the backyard.

The easiest way to do this is to use the app, select the Mode tab, choose your system and select the Armed or Disarmed mode. A few clicks but that's the only way to do it.

Thanks. It would be nice if there were a way to turn off individual carema via slide button. I may want to turn off the camera in the back yard during a party but keep the camera on the drive on to protect guests cars. But it looks like I have to turn off the entire system or none at all.

Create a new mode named "Party". In it create rules for your cameras, except omit a rule for your backyard camera.
When you party, simply activate the mode "Party". Voila.

As mentioned, you haven't gotten the concept of MODES yet....
The default MODES are ARMED and DISARMED ( all on / all off )
If you have more than one camera, you can set them with RULES in MODES to be on or off.
Like A cam is in frontyard , B camera inside, C camera in backyard... You can create modes so any single camera is on and/or any two ( you already have all on; ARMED , and all off ; DISARMED shuts off any mode )... CAM A on, CAM B on,CAM A & C on, etc
You go to MODE, click on current mode ( upper left on PC ) and list of MODES appear, At bottom is ADD A MODE.
Click on that and add following prompts

the easiest way i find is to go into the cam/cams settings of the ones you want to turn off and change the button from on to off. easier than messing with modes
