System pretending to be offline on VMS3530

Hello,

 

My Arlo system says it is offline for two days.

But all leds are green, and the camera with an active rule one is regularly sending videos.

I had the same issue mid March, and it was fixed quickly after I sent my post.

 

For me it is something which is down for my system on Arlo server.

 

Could you set it up and running as fast as you did last time.

If your system is still regularly detecting motion and producing library content, this suggests that the error you are seeing is a display issue with the app or browser you are using.

 

Do you see this behavior when using a different browser?

Thank you for your answer.

 

Unfortunately the result is the same on my computer or at work computers on Chrome and IE.

I also have the same result from smartphones. (Mine and my son's).

 

Last time I have endured this "Offline" feedback from my system as cameras were still actives it was in March and only few hours.

It is now a week this time.

Should I try ro reset my system and reinstall it ?

I'd say yes.  Enough time has gone by to cut your losses and start fresh.

Hello,

 

Resetting the all system have solved all the problems.

    - It is back online,

    - and one of my five cameras which videos were pink, and blind at night,

      is now back to normal too.

 

I now just have to put back my cameras to their original locations.
