System is set on Central Time Zone but 2 hours earlier on recordings. Need real person support

I would like to visit with a real person on a problem.  i do not have time to sift through several thousand community forums.  Even though my system is set on Central time (US) the time stamps are 2 hours earlier on recordings.  I believe this is a problem in the ARLO cloud.

If you've verified the time zone setting in your base's settings, reboot the base and see if that fixes it.
