System gone offline even though connected to internet

System gone offline even though connected to internet etc. Done all usual. 're boot. 're sync. Reinstall app. Nothing works. Any ideas?

What color is the internet LED on the base station? You might try swapping ethernet cables and plugging into a different router port to see if you experience different behavior.

3 Times a day.  Reset reset rest.  

This never stops.  The most frustation we have experienced.  

None stop issues since before Memorial day.
