My hub physically shows that it is connected to my internet. The app says it's disconnected and all of my cameras are down. What's up?

If you’re still getting notifications for motion and recordings then the equipment is not at fault, just the app experience you have.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
