System down - offline?

System completely down. System status on website says normal. Couldn’t be more false. Could not do anything on tha app except log in and view videos from 2 days ago and earlier.

It was down yesterday for a couple of hours but it works fine here now on web and IOS app. Even when back up I had all recordings. 

Must be something at your end but no details so not sure what you have tried to troubleshoot.
