Sync Issues and Offline Cameras

Hi Arlo community,


I'm having a very frustrating experience syncing cameras, and in the process now have my other cameras all offline. This is the first time I have encounter this problem. The current camera i'm trying to sync that has issues, is not a new camera. It is an existing one that worked fine before. However for some reason recently, perhaps from an Arlo update, made the camera offline. So I took out batteries, reinstalled new ones, and removed device, and now trying to sync and add device again, but it is not syncing.

I read through all trouble shoot, followed instructions and other posts but unfortunately still have sync problem.


This is what I do:

- Base station has two green lights

- I push sync button on base station just once and really quickly

- I then push sync button on camera once 

- arlo camera led keeps flashing blue, even after the green light on base station stops

 

- I have restarted base station, pulled power outlet on base station, powered off base station

- i have also powered off camera, took batteries out waited then installed new fully charged batteries

 

- I now have two problems, the original third camera trying to sync is still not syncing and all my other cameras are offline after restarting my base station.

Please help!
