I have contacted support via phone and chat and cannot get any help, so seeing if anyone has an answer. I am being charged $9.99 per month, but my account shows as "no active subscription" so I cannot access my library. Support says they "do not see a subscription" on any of my logins, so they cannot cancel. Basically, nobody can tell me what account is being charged every month. My credit card will not let me block because they say I have to go through the vendor (Arlo) to cancel subscriptions. I have used multiple logins over the years, so no idea what account is being charged. Has anyone else run into this? How did you get it fixed?
