Subscription Sharing or Multiple Subscriptions needed to view more cameras?

We have had the basic subscription plan for a while now but just added 5 new cameras. I upgraded to the Arlo Smart Premier on my account however it is only working on my phone app - my desktop still says basic despite logging on and off multiple times. Will it eventually update so I can see the other 5 on my desktop using the same login without paying for another subscription? 

 

My husband is also not able to see the additional cameras that I have shared with him. Does he need a subscription to see the cameras I have shared with him. It seems rediculos that we would need two subscriptions to see the same cameras!

Only one subscription is needed. FOr your husband, did you add the new cameras to his settings in Settings, Grant Access? The computer issue may (or may not) be that the browser is using cached data so try clearing the cache. Try a different browser to see if it shows the same thing.
