Still being charged after canceling smart premier service.

Hello, 

I tried out the "free" trial of Arlo Smart Premier. I opted to cancel via the app several months ago. Everything with my account went back to the basic plan as expected. However, I realized today that I am still being charged $9.99 a month. There is no option to cancel when I use the app or website via a laptop. Screenshot is below (app looks the same). I really hope this isn't going to be like that CD-a-month club I joined in the 90's. It took an act of God and a lawyer to bring an end to that 🙂
