When I try to add another Arlo camera I can’t get this camera to work!! I put new batteries into the camera and the blue light comes on for a few seconds BUT when I push the sync buttons on the base and the camera NOTHING happens…the blue light won’t even light up and as a matter of fact no light on the camera will light up or blink or anything!! Please help!! Has anybody had this problem and if you have did you get the camera to work or no??!! Please help me and thank you!!!!

Have you tried using "add device" in my.arlo.com (or the app)?

What camera did you purchase?  The newest ones (Essential Gen 2s) can't be connected with the base yet - only to your home wifi,  

BTW, all the currently sold cameras need a subscription for cloud storage.
