Software keeps looping "add device" even though the base is set and the camera synched

I click on Cameras it asks me to "Add Device", I tap on "Add Device" I tap the Camera, then the Base Station, it says signing in but never does and loops me back to add device.  The base is listed, the lights on the base are green.  The sync appears to have worked because the light blinked blue versus amber.  Very frustrating.  What gives?

Have you tried the simple things first like ;

 

1)a reboot of the base via the power button ?

 

2)Next would be remove the camera and then reinstall ?

App or browser?  Have you tried the other?  If both do the same thing, try a factory reset using the reset button until the base LEDs flash amber.

I to have the same problem, I've rebooted sync cameras,take out batteries ect, someone please help, is there someone I can call to help me with this mess.

Are you using the iPhone app by chance? I had a similar problem with upgrading the firmware. I just double clicked the home button and swiped up on the app and relaunched it.
