Since 11pm last night, issues with recordings

Though my camera's detect motion, and I can go to a live feed.. I am getting no captures.

Kindly try the following troubleshooting steps:

 

  1. Delete the affected camera from your Camera Order.
  2. Power cycle the camera (Simply by opening the battery compartment door)
  3. Re-sync the camera to the base station.

Monitor the behavior of the camera if recordings start to appear in the library. Below are additional questions, I would like to know to see if we could narrow down what could be causing this:

 

  1. Has this been happening on one, several or all cameras?
  2. Where are the affected cameras mounted?
  3. How far are the affected cameras from the base station?
  4. Are there any environmental interference (brick walls, cement, etc.) between the camera and base station?
