Shows 10 second screenshot instead of video after given admin rights

I was given admin rights to the outdoor cameras, however when I go to my library the videos only show a ten second screen shot instead of the 10 second video. The live function works properly.

You're the second person that I know of to report this. What happens if the primary account is used on your device to view the videos?
