Shared cameras impossible to see

I got an invitation from a friend to view some of his cameras but I cannot see them. I tried to accept the invitation through pc instead of app and still nothing. On the app he has a library and i have a feed. How to solve this?

The root of the problem may be the discrepancy between the versions of the Arlo Secure apps involved. To resolve the issue, your friend will need to upgrade her app to the new 4.0 experience (with Feed). The steps to perform this are described here: https://kb.arlo.com/000062798/How-do-I-upgrade-my-Arlo-Secure-App-to-the-new-Arlo-experience

 

If they are unable to update their app by following the instructions in the article, they can do so by simulating the setup of an Arlo Pro 5 camera by selecting ‘Add new device’. Once done this, they will be informed that they will need to switch to the new Arlo Secure app experience to set up the camera. Confirm the update when prompted. It is then possible to cancel the camera setup.
