Shared account shows all cameras offline

Shared account shows all cameras offline but main account is fine. I have a VMB3000 base station

First, reboot the phone for the shared access and also reinstall the app. Any better?

Thank You! The problem was with Windows and any browser but deleting the share and re-creating, that worked!  😎👍
