Shared account not receiving notifications from Arlo app

Currently, unless I haven’t found it yet, sharing the cameras does not also send a notification to the sharer. This should be able to be done, either as an option by the shared user or, less efficiently, by the primary user. The work around is to share logins, and have the shared user have the logon credentials of the primary user, and have the primary logged on one place, but deposed on other devices.

Hey @Azflatlander,

 

Moving your post from the Arlo Idea Exchange to here since the sharer should receive notifications as well when sharing the cameras.

 

Make sure that the shared account has the app running in the background to make sure they are not missing any notifications.
