Set to record 15 seconds but records 19 seconds

Set to record 15 seconds but records 19 seconds.  I have been through settings a few times.  Everything is right.  Why is it recording longer?  When i set for 20s, it records for 24s.

We are currently investigating an issue that is causing recordings to last a few seconds longer than the specified length. Thank you for your feedback and patience concerning this issue.
