Sent email of video footage but didn't download. 7 days passed and video's gone. Can I retrieve?

I sent myself an email of a thief in my house but didn’t download the footage. I didn’t delete it fro my Arlo account but the 7 days has passed and I need it for the police report.
Can I retrieve it still?

In the past some users have upgraded their service level from free to 30 or 60 day level and gotten back their older videos ( as long as NOT deleted ).

You can update for a month basis and possible get back your videos if it is worth the cost to you.

Tried that but didn’t work. I hadn’t deleted any past footage.
