Seems like only one camera installed. How do I get the other three to show?

Feeling frustrated.  I sync and seems to go well, but only one camera is in view.  What am i doing wrong?

If the sync was successful the camera LED should go from a blinking blue LED to a rapidly blinking blue LED and then turn off. If the sync was unsuccessful if will flash amber and then turn off.What is the behavior of the camera LED after you have initiated the sync process?
