Saying offline however it should be on line... because Internet is working. Just stopped all of a sudden

ARe the 3 left-most LEDs on the base green, especially the 2nd (Internet) one?

It says my camera is offline. The 3 lights on the base station are all on. It worked a few minutes ago? Help please

Power cycle the base. Open and close the battery door. Verify the batteries are good. Any luck?

thanks. What should the sensitivity setting be on; came on 80 from the start. Is a lower # make it less sensitive?
