Samsung J7 App Won't Open After Update

Can't open the app on my Galaxy J7 since the latest update.  Worked fine before the update.  Just bought two more systems last Friday but will be returning them if this isn't addressed soon.  Wife can open app fine on her Galaxy S8 still.

Yes, that is the app I have.  Just checked it again, I have no idea why, but I can access it like normal now.  Maybe they had a bug on their end or something.
