Buongiorno, la mia telecamera continua a scaricarsi dopo pochissimi giorni dalla ricarica pur non avendo alcuna attività in corso. Credo sia un problema della batteria. Siccome non è tanto, mi pare, di averla acquistata, come faccio a sapere se è ancora in garanzia, considerando che non riesco a reperire il titolo di acquisto. Grazie

Unfortunately, without the purchase receipt to share with support to prove the date of purchase, you won't be able to get the camera replaced but you can still contact official support to see what they may have to offer. Use the app to go to Settings, Support. Select your camera and scroll down to Contacts for support.
It's usually not a warranty issue but how the camera is being used. The battery life is rated for less than 5 minutes per day of recording and live viewing. If you have activity zones created, delete them so you can add up the total times per day of recording. This is needed because zones may be deleting videos based on your settings. If you're using more than 5 minutes per day,you may need to reposition the camera to get rid of false triggers and also turn the motion detection sensitivity down in the camera settings under Default Mode Settings.
