I'm stuck.

 

I set up my system using my iphone - all went well, cameras paired. I then put my phone down to screw brackets to the wall and when I tried to login my email address was not recognised. Basically looks like I entered it incorrectly.

 

I've tried resetting the base station and created a new account but it will not connect to the base station even though it detects the base station. I cant get support from Netgear as it says the product serial number is already registered.

 

Does anyone know how I can retreieve the password originally set up? or any otherways to get the system back up and running.

 

Help would be appreciated.

When creating a new account, you seem to indicate the base station was discovered and you were able to add it to the new account? What do you mean by "it will not connect to the base station?

 

Is the base station showing up under Settings > My Devices in the new account? Are you getting any error messages?
