I am furious but don't know what to do. I had a pink problem with my original camera. They replaced it with no fuss. But they sent me a refurbished camera that didn't work so I sent it back and they sent me another one. Didn't work. They sent me a third one and guess what...doesn't work. I put in brand new batteries. Even took batteries out of other working camera to check and it worked fine. I tried every way to make sure it wasn't the batteries. I call and they apologize and send me a new one but I'm tired of it. I don't want apology I want a working camera!! I don't know what to do at this point!

Yes you may be may be ready to launch the camera into space.....but they are willing to send another.

At this point, you really don't have anything to lose or you just lose the money invested.

Maybe if you explain some of the things you tried already someone could get it working for u

I tried to explain each time and they say yes yes we will send out another. Then I try to ask questions like if they are all refurbished or new or why and they just start asking me for my info again. I can't believe that 3 cameras won't power on.

I think Tom is asking what you've tried.  Of course, we're going to suggest pretty much what support has had you do.  Also, you don't say which cameras you have but it may be the original wireless cameras and not the Pro.  If so, make sure you just place the batteries into the slots, paying attention to their orientation (+ and -).  Don't push them down, just let the battery cover move them into place.

I have the original ones. I don't push the batteries down. I have checked to make sure they were in the correct slots. I had my husband and son double check to make sure. I bought two packs of new batteries cause I thought maybe they were bad. I took a working camera, put the new batteries in and it worked. I took that working cameras batteries which I knew were working and put them in new camera and it still didn't work. I did this with all 3 replacement cameras because I thought there's no way 3 cameras wouldn't work. I asked support...is there something I'm not doing? The cameras blue light should just come on when battery door is closed. They asked me for my internet speed and router I'm using. I got frustrated cause it has nothing to do with that. They sent me directions how to sync it. Again I said I can't even get to thats point cause there's no power. Each camera I ask for help and they say like scripted...were very sorry we will issue you a RMA number and send you out a replacement. I asked them if my cameras are new or refurbished cause only one had a refurbished sticker and they ignore me and say we will send you your replacement.

And I understand most companies send out refurbished products as replacements. I asked them...are these tested and I get no answer. This is actually when I'm talking to someone. " We're sorry we are sending you a replacement,we understand your frustration. ". It's so scripted cause each person I talk to says the same thing. Like they're not allowed to answer. Yes it's great they will send a new camera but this has been going on since April.

I was attempting to add a refurbished camera to an existing base station.  Just wouldn't work.   The firmware on the camera was out of date.   (I could see live video, but recording did not happen when motion detected.)

Solution?   Sync camera to base station (wait for rapidly flashing blue light on camera to stop flashing).   Then leave camera and base station on and alone overnight.   Firmware updates happen during the night (apparently between 3am and 5am).   Come back next morning and everything should be working.

But very frustrating figuring this out.   Especially when I turned off the base station or put the camera away without batteries after each test figuring out how to get camera to work.

If you haven't updated firmware on base station already, you may need to leave it on overnight first.  Then try syncing the camera and leave both on overnight.
