My ARLO security cameras only take the 3 volt lithium batteries down to about 2.6 volts before complaining. So I bought a 2 cell CR123A style LED flashlight that puts out a bright beam even while draining them down. Even some lower priced torches come with Hi Tech LED systems. Two cells in series are better for this purpose. Now I have more flashlight batteries than I can ever use!
