Recordings are not in library

I have two arlo base stations at two different homes. Since the beginning of October, there are no recordings. I can do a manual recording but the motion detection recordings are not happening. What do I do to resolve this? I do get the alerts on my phone and computer when motion is detected but it isn't recording those in the library.

Do you have the cameras set to record video within the Modes/Rules? May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any methods you have previously performed.
