Recording duration settings

I am unable to set the recording time on two of my cameras.  I have read through the troubleshooting guide and answers other people have written.  I go through the steps suggested and there is no option to slide the timer like on my other cameras.  What do you suggest?

have you tried opening the battery door, waiting a minute, then closing door, to reset the camera?

If afterwards still the same , wait overnight in case it needed to update the firmware.

Set the time by clicking on the Mode tab and then on your base. Edit any modes (Armed by default) since all settings are in there. Be sure to save as you exit the screens.
