Good morning Arlo Support Team.

Yes, I had to go through the process of logging in again and connecting to our Front Door and Garage devices. We updated our AT&T router to a newer model. Our old AT&T router was 7 years old. When we first got the new router, it was up and running with the name & password of the old router with no problem and worked fine for months, even with power outages/blips and resets, but this past week, the router went down and after a reset, we couldn't connect to it. We had to change the router name and password to the ones on the new router on our phones, Nintendo switches, and our security doorbell and garage camera. I could have simply disregarded your email, but I wanted to share this information with you in case other people run into the same problem.
