Reconnect VMB3010 after router change

I just changed my router which is now a SERCOMM Speed plus.

By doing this, my base station went off line and the camera led shows steady orange.

Kindly send by mail to gaille.denis@gmail.com all the necessary instruction to reconnect my installation.

For your information I originally bought the Arlo system in France but it is installed in Greece where

Arlo does not have an official representation.

Furthermore the French support site does not work properly and it is not possible to send a post to them through the community. It is the second time that I face a tremendous difficulty to communicate with your support service.

What is the status of the internet LED on the base?  If the internet LED is off or amber, then try a different ethernet port on the router.  https://kb.arlo.com/000039100/What-do-the-LEDs-on-my-Arlo-SmartHub-or-base-station-mean

 

Did you try power-cycling the base?
