Receiving motion notification but not in library. Worked fine till tonight.

I get a notification of motion but when I check it is not in the library, was working fine till tonight

Hi Nanlee,

 

What phone device are you using? And are you using the latest version of the new Arlo app or the Arlo Legacy app?

 

Are you able to see the recording through your library on the web client on your computer?
