Receiving emails saying credit card is expiring

I keep getting this email:

We are writing to let you know that the credit card associated with your Arlo account  is about to expire.

To ensure you receive uninterrupted service, please login to my.arlo.com and click on Settings > Subscription > to update your credit card information.

Need help? Visit our Support Center for additional information.

When I login to my.arlo.com and click on Settings > Subscription > to update your credit card information, my credit card says it does not expire until 2024

I had already contacted arlo support by phone before I posted this message.  All they could tell me was that they see no record of any such email to me and that it must be a glitch in the system.  I have received at least two of these emails incorrectly saying my credit card is expiring.
