Rebooting Base stations

Hi Folks. 

Interesting phenomenon I'm experiencing. I have two base stations at opposite ends of the house. The second one was added about 2 years after the first. When I reboot one the other Base station also reboots. Both are VMB 5000 models 

Any one any ideas as to why?

What indicates that the other base station is rebooting? What LED behavior do you see? What do you see in the Arlo Secure mobile app?
