Welcome to the community! You will need to perform a two button factory reset in order to add the base station back to your account. This is done by pressing and holding the red reset button on the back of the base station along with the sync button until all LEDs flash amber. Allow the base station to come back online, log into your Arlo account and navigate to "settings" then "subscriptions". Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "add a base station". Once the base station is back on the account you can then begin to sync up the cameras individually. Let me know if you have any issues!
