Hi. I have a promo code for 15 off that I'm trying to use to purchase a smart hub but it's not being applied. Please help. Thank you

Still no response from anyone. If I purchase it now, will I get reimbursed for the coupon amount? This has been the most obscure coupon promo I've ever seen

@JamesAL it can take a few days for support to reach out. I do not work on that side of things, I want to say generally yes. But I do not want to say that and then it not happen.
