I have a Netgear account (created when I bought Orbi)
When I try to Set up an Arlo system it doesn't work.
1- First, it asks me to Add a new Arlo System.
2- It asks me to add an email, and then it says that it's alrady registered (of course!).
The login+setup system has a bug.
See images below.
Can anyone help?
And support chat doesn't work.
And login to Arlo on iOS 12 doesn't work either
And support Call us doesn't work.
This is unacceptable quality of Support...

The new system setup is really nothing more than a way to create an account before setting up the system normally. Since you already have an account, just login and use the Add Device button (web) or + (app) to claim the base. Sync your cameras and off you go.
