Problem viewing video on the web from email link

Until today, I was able to click the link on my email when I received an alert that a camera had recorded motion. I can view it through the app library, but cannot view it on my web browser (iPhone). It shows a picture of the video, but does not allow playback. Any help would be appreciated.
