Hello, I have been struggling to setup my Arlo Netgear Cameras to the app. I follow the exact steps and the camera blinks the blue light to confirm it sync with Base Station yet the app keep looking for Arlo devices with no success. Can someone help me with that please?

Assuming you mean that the LED blinks a rapid blue indicating sync, try force closing the app and re-open it as well as use a browser to see if there's a difference. Also note that you don't need the app to sync these cameras - just briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it for 2 seconds - and then the camera button.
