After a long power outage i have no access to the camera, online or on the app, when i am viewing the cameras from the web site, i have the following message

"Your device is not connected. Make sure it's connected to your router and has a working Internet connection"

The internet is connected and this is also connected to my router.

I am not wanting to reset the cameras as 2 of the 3 are set outside and are high up.

I have read on the forums that i may have to reset the , as they have lost sync to the base station, the funny thing is that the cameras are still recording videos, and i am able to view these.

I have also looked here on the forums, and most of the time they say that after 90 mins this can happen, and one way to get around this is to get a UPS, i do not want to have one of these devices in my front room (where router is), as i would not have the space for this.

Please can someone help me as i really do not want to take these camera's down unless i really have to.

restart the base via the power button ( reboot ) and they may come back.

I have done this and now I am still not able to get the cameras working. I have 2 green lights and an amber light (in the middle) on the base unit, but I am still getting recordings from the cameras.
Also don't want to be able to resync the cameras if I can help it.
