Poor picture quality on 1 of 3 cameras

I just installed 3 cameras and two of the cameras are very clear.  However, one of the cameras does not have a clear photo quality at all.  I have tried moving it to another location but it is still not clear.  Do I have a bad camera that needs to be replaced or is there something I can do to correct?

Are all three cameras on the same Video Quality setting? The poor one doesn't still have the plastic film over the lens?

Adding to steve_t's suggestion above, what is the signal strength for this camera? If you move the camera close to the base station (within a few feet) do you experience the same behavior?

Yes, all three are set to the same video quality and the film has been removed.

May be a faulty camera. Open a case with support.
