Well, it appears that Arlo surreptitiously lowered bitrate on Arlo HD and Pro 2 after Netgear divested Arlo operations, so Arlo proposing that its users have an option to vote for night vision clarity to be improved is impertinent: it'd not need to be improved if it'd not been intentionally made worse - had any of your users requested that it be lowered? - in the first place.
