Pink image on camera and replace batteries error message

We have 4 cameras.  2 of the cameras are reading that we need to replace batteries.  We have new batteries but still says we need batteries.  The 3rd camera is pink.  We brought it inside and still shows pink.  It works but hard to see.

This system is about 1 yr old.  Battery problem about 2 months and pink problem about 6 months.

For the pink camera, pull the battery door open to rest the camera...wait a few secs and close.

 

If the view stays pink call / contact Support

 

 

As to battery problem, if you put in new batteries and its still low...

open and close battery door... Reboot the base via the power button. 

 

If still NG when the base comes back go to settings, pick camera, then use remove device

 

Bring the cameras back as new with a resync too
