Pink Picture

Just added two Arlo Pro Cameras to my system with three original Arlo Cameras and changed batteries in one of the original ones.  When recognized by system, the one with new batteries now has a pink tinged video rather than the normal color before the battery change. Trying with three different sets of batteries, each giving a full charge indicater, still have pink picture.  Please help.

normally this is caused by the IR filter stuck in open position.

Often opening, the closing batter cover resets.

Otherwise contact tech support using one of the contact support button at the bottom of each forum page
