have anyone pay for 2 yrs subscription and still getting monthly payments withdrawn from your account?

it is happening to me, customer service is terrible, can’t speak to an actual person to explain this issue.

very frustrating.

I don't think there is a 2 year subscription.  I'm tagging the mods ( @JamesC and @ShayneS ) as I think they will want to follow up.

As mentioned above, Arlo does not have a 2 year subscription plan. Arlo charges for subscriptions on a monthly basis. Are you sure the charges you're receiving are coming from Arlo?

 

If you have an active Arlo Secure subscription, you can contact Arlo Support using the Arlo mobile app under Settings > Support.
