Looking for someone to contact regarding billing and activation problem.  I paid for activation on Feb 4th,  I have more cameras than basic can support. Cameras still have not been activated.  I have been trying to use arlo support. I have a case # that the Rep assured me Sunday wuld be resolved and that I would get a call from her on Monday between 8am and 5pm .  That did not happen so I responded back again different person responded requesting different information. I sent and of course nothing again.  I paid to use the additional cameras and Netgear received there money.  I sent proof of the paid activation, as they requested I have sent Serial number as they requested, still nothing.  They only seem to respond at about 2 am and always say moving case to next level.  I need and want someone to speak to me on where the problem is,  this is so annoying.  If anyone knows a contact number or way to really get this resolved  please let me know.  Thanks so much
