I am constantly getting please update before the end of September which we have done twice and still get the message. The amount we paid for these camera's and the little info we get in the booklet is ridiculous. It is a generic booklet with no model number etc and not sure where the box is. These camera's work fine when they are working but this hassle over the update is crazy. Get her fixed!!

I downloaded the new app.
None of my devices showed up.
I attempted to add new devices and it could not find the device.
When I went back to the old app it found it just fine.
Tomorrow is the last day for the old app. Suggestions?
