Owner of account has left, I have shared access for the company but need to get ownership privleges

Hello, 

 

Our company has Arlo systems, and the person listed as the owner has left without providing the information to anyone. I have shared access but no privileges to activate and deactivate users and assume control over the account. Do you know how I can do this?  I tried the chat, but it doesn't understand my question, and I don't have a phone number to contact a real person. I need help right away.

Generally speaking the ownership of the cameras would need to take all the cameras off of the account and then the new owner would then create an account and add the cameras on. I will get you in contact with support to see if they are able to assist further. Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
