My Arlo camera is going off line on a daily basis. My 4 other cameras are working properly. I've tried moving it to different locations but it still seems to go off line. I've gone through all the community suggestions (removing it from the base stations and adding it back again, etc) but still fails to connect.

Is there anything I can do to get this camera in working condition again?

Thanks

@ScotCamera

Have you tried moving the base station a little further away from the router?

The base station is about 10-15ft away from my router. Since the base station needs to be wired into my router, I would need to drill a hole through a wall for it to go into another room (something I don't really want to do unless it has shown to be effective).

That probably isn't your problem then. There are so many things that can cause fall off, it is simply a matter of elimination to troubleshoot down to what the real problem is. Troubleshooting can be a PIYA.

Have you tried to remove and reinsert the batteries?

Have you tried temporarily moving it into the same room as the base station?

Usually, it is range or interference that causes these problems. Sometimes it could be a dying camera or you may need to do a base power recycle and worst case. do a complete factory reset.

I assume you have the original Arlo?

If so, try and swap batteries with one of the others or use a new set of batteries.
