I bought 2 solar panels and the ultra smart hub and both are pending Fulfillment still. I have ground shippingv1-3 business days. Thought for sure I'd get it either today or tomorrow at the latest. Either way VERY disappointed in the customer service! Can't get ahold of anyone.
